Carly is a voice, guitar, piano, and songwriting instructor at Musicville.
Combining the vivid storytelling ability of a Nashville songwriter with the passion of a New England sports fan—and a strong faith in God—Carly Tefft is an engaging singer-songwriter with a dynamic presence. A native of Cape Cod, MA, and a Berklee College of Music graduate, her musical influences include Colbie Caillat, Keith Urban, Sheryl Crow, Lauren Daigle, Ed Sheeran, and Carly Simon.
Tefft has been a seasoned national anthem performer for multiple professional sports teams and was also asked to sing for President Trump. She has since been invited to perform at prestigious venues such as the Bluebird Cafe, Whiskey Jam, The Listening Room, and Fox & Locke. She continues to tour regularly, performing at songwriting festivals and concerts across the Northeast, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Florida.
Sharing her passion for music with others has always been a central part of her career. Carly teaches students of all ages in voice, guitar, piano, and songwriting, among other areas. As an instructor, she tailors each lesson to the individual student and strives to encourage and support them along their unique musical journey.
