MEET HANNAH KELSEY

Hannah finds true joy in sharing her years of musical knowledge with her students. “It’s important to give back to your community and ensure that other young musicians are cared for.”

Hannah Kelsey is a piano, voice, songwriting, music production & beginner guitar instructor at Musicville. Hannah began studying classical piano at 10 years old after begging for lessons so she could learn “Fur Elise” by Beethoven and ended up falling in love with music. She later started singing andplaying guitar, prompting a life-long journey of prolific songwriting.

With over 10 years of classical piano instruction, 5 years of contemporary pop vocal training, and 10 years of teaching herself guitar, Hannah is a well-rounded instrumentalist, songwriter and producer, with experience in crafting pop, R&B, alternative, country, and folk songs and tracks.

Hannah is also a Songwriting major and Music Business minor at Belmont University. As well as the Social Media Chair for the Women in Audio Club, and artist manager through Bear House Writer Management. Additionally, she works in live event production for the School of Music at Belmont. Prior to this, she was honored with the Fred Waring’s Director’s Award as a senior in high school for hosting a series of songwriting and music production workshops for her peers.

Hannah has been teaching music lessons for over 2 years and finds true joy in sharing her years of musical knowledge with her students. “It’s important to give back to your community and ensure that other young musicians are cared for.”
