MEET SHANNON DUFF

Shannon Duff is an accomplished vocalist, pianist, and songwriter currently working as a full-time musician in Nashville, TN. She has a degree in classical vocal performance and pedagogy, a secondary in piano, and has been teaching voice, piano, ukulele, songwriting, and music theory for over 10 years.

Shannon caters to all learning styles and will adapt all lessons to best benefit the student and their goals. Lessons can range from classical training, audition preparation, performance technique, support for ensemble classes, songwriting, and general recording/production technology.

It is Shannon's belief that music education gives students the ability to express themselves more freely, connect with others, and learn the importance of practice. Shannon is originally from South Lyon, Michigan, and moved to Nashville in 2022. When she is not performing or teaching, you can find her reading at local coffee shops, spending time with her two cats, Remy and Kiki (pictures upon request), watching movies, and playing ice hockey!
